Autopsy Report: Michael Jackson Not Responsible For Death

Dr Christopher Rogers | Sound Check Music Blog

Dr. Christopher Rogers, deputy medical examiner at the Los Angeles Coroner’s Office, gave his testimony in court yesterday regarding Michael Jackson‘s autopsy.  Dr. Conrad Murray is sitting on trial for the involuntary manslaughter of Jackson and Rogers’ evidence confirms the right path.

Rogers  had determined that Jackson’s death was a homicide back in 2009. He completely disputed the defense’s allegations that Jackson gave himself the dosages of propofol that later resulted in his death.

“The circumstances from my point of view do not support self-administration of propofol,” Rogers said.

Rogers explained to the court that there was not enough time for Jackson to administer himself the drug and reach death in the two-minute window that Murray is claiming to of left Jackson unattended.

Rogers also revealed that the dose of propofol in Jackson’s blood was much higher than the 25 milligrams that Murray had said was administered. He went on to discuss how the environment in which the drug was being given did not have the necessary tools to administer precisely.

“The problem that Mr. Jackson was having was that he couldn’t sleep, and it’s not appropriate to administer propofol in that situation. The risk outweighs the benefit,” Rogers explained to the court.

Below is a song that not many have heard, but judging by his lyrics this is an early cry for help.
