Forget-Me-Not: Feist – “1, 2, 3, 4″
Today’s Forget-Me-Not is brought to you by Canadian singer-songwriter Leslie Feist, who is better known as Feist.
Feist launched her solo music career in 1999 with a failed album, Monarch. But Leslie didn’t lay down and die.
Her next releases, Let it Die (2004) and The Reminder (2007) were critically acclaimed and led her to five Grammy awards, including one for Best New Artist.
The single “1, 2, 3, 4” is off of Feist’s Let it Die album. Time magazine named “1234″ one of The 10 Best Songs of 2007, ranking it at #2.
Feist also performed ”1, 2, 3, 4″ on Sesame Street, where she taught children how to count to four.
So, without further adieu…
