Today’s Forget-Me-Not entry comes from jam-band juggernauts, Umphrey’s McGee. Peter Gabriel‘s “Sledgehammer” has been covered time and time again by just about every genre specific band and/or musician, but this particular performance last year (7/3/2011) @ Red Rocks is one worth noting.

Taking the framework of Gabriel’s original and giving it that flare that only Umphrey’s can supply makes this a certain Forget-Me-Not. The boys teamed up with members of  the Easy Star All-Stars to add a little more excitement to an already explosive performance.
