As to be expected, tickets for this event went in a matter of seconds; however, fans will have the opportunity to watch the show streaming online on HDNet. Visit them on Facebook or Twitter to find out more information on this opportunity.
Tunes For Tots is an educational charity that encourages music research and education to be constructively integrated into schools across the country. A philosophy that stems from the band’s beliefs that music education and exposure are just as vital to the advancement of a child’s education as the well formulated academics already established.
“Widespread Panic believes that art education, and in particular music education, is integral to the overall education and advancement of children. Art allows for personal expression, appreciation of ideas, celebration of cultural awareness, sharing emotions, and gives purpose to life. Widespread Panic agrees with research findings that art education supports more traditional academic subjects as well as being a worthy pursuit in its own right.” ~WSP
The event at the Georgia Theatre is as swank as it can get. Below is a list of what VIP patrons can expect upon arrival:

The Private VIP Cocktail Party with the Band will be held before the Tunes For Tots concert On the GA Theatre Roof Top from 5 – 6:30 pm. The party includes:

This will be one of the most nostalgic experiences to waltz through Athens, Ga., in decades. You can count on it. Revisiting their whiskey breath days of the early and mid-90s, these boys will be on fire this Sunday.
Stick with us over the week as we bring more details and news to you about this “too good to be true” event.
